QuickSilver is introducing a new and unique sampling kit. The QSA 700 RAPSAK™ was developed to meet the needs of the New York City Crime Scene Unit that receives on a weekly basis several calls about unknown, suspicious white powders. The QSA 700 RAPSAK™ is a small, light weight, field sampling kit for obtaining residue and powder samples. All components for collecting the sample are sterile and for single use. The kit allows for taking up to nine samples and includes a chain of custody form for each sample. A variety of tools for obtaining different size samples are included in the kit. Two different cameras and a ruler are included in the kit. Each kit is individually identified by a serial number.
